Your credit card could not be charged

Hi Rudy Kremer,

Thank you for using AdBrite®! Unfortunately, we were unable to charge your Visa card ending in 8772.

We have placed your campaigns in a Pending Billing status until the outstanding balance is settled. We will try to bill the account again, and once the balance is settled the campaigns will resume automatically.

Here are some steps we recommend to address the problem:

  • Please make sure your credit card has sufficient balance available for this transaction.
  • If you have recently changed your credit card billing address, please update the address on your account. You can update your address by clicking the "For Advertisers" tab and then the "Billing and Address" link.
  • If your credit card has expired or been replaced, please add a new credit card to your account.
  • If your credit card company has declined the charge please contact them directly to let them know the charge is authorized.
